Welcome to Netri Academy ("Netri", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, courses, workshops, and programs.
By accessing our website or enrolling in our programs, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
- Our programs are designed for children aged 8–15 years.
- A parent or legal guardian must complete registration and provide consent.
- By enrolling, you confirm that the information provided is accurate.
3. Services Offered
Netri Academy provides:
- Robotics, Coding, Drone, and related technology programs
- Workshops and bootcamps
- School partnership programs
- Hands-on learning experiences
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any program at any time.
4. Registration & Enrollment
- Enrollment is confirmed only after successful payment and seat availability.
- Batch allocation is subject to availability and scheduling.
- Netri reserves the right to decline or cancel enrollment in case of incorrect information or non-compliance.
5. Fees & Payments
- All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
- Fees are non-transferable between students unless approved.
- Pricing may change over time, but confirmed enrollments will not be affected.
6. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Course fees are non-refundable after program commencement, except in special cases at Netri's discretion.
- Requests for cancellation must be made in writing.

7. Attendance & Rescheduling
- Students are expected to attend sessions regularly.
- Missed classes may be rescheduled only if prior notice is given (subject to availability).
- Excessive absenteeism may impact learning outcomes.
8. Code of Conduct
Students and parents agree to:
- Maintain respectful behavior towards instructors and peers
- Follow safety guidelines, especially during robotics and drone sessions
- Use equipment responsibly
Netri reserves the right to remove a student for misconduct without refund.
9. Safety & Liability
- All sessions are conducted under supervision with safety protocols.
- However, participation involves use of tools and equipment.
By enrolling, you acknowledge that:
- Netri is not liable for minor injuries arising from normal participation
- Parents/guardians accept inherent risks associated with hands-on learning
10. Intellectual Property
- All course content, curriculum, materials, and branding belong to Netri Academy.
- Students may use materials for personal learning only.
- Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited without permission.
11. Media & Consent
Netri may capture photos/videos during sessions for:
- Marketing
- Social media
- Educational purposes
By enrolling, you grant permission for such use unless explicitly declined in writing.
12. Privacy
- We collect and use personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Information is used for communication, program delivery, and improvement
- We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties
13. Website Usage
Users agree not to:
- Misuse website content
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Disrupt services
Netri reserves the right to restrict access if misuse is detected.
14. Third-Party Tools
Some programs may use third-party platforms (e.g., coding tools, AI tools). Netri is not responsible for third-party platform policies or outages.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Netri shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the program

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
