Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Netri Academy, we strive to provide a high-quality learning experience through our programs. This policy outlines the terms related to cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling.

2. Trial Classes

• Trial classes are offered to help parents and students experience our programs.
• Trial class fees (if any) are non-refundable.

3. Course Enrollment & Refunds

Once a student is enrolled and the program has commenced, fees are non-refundable. This is because:

• Seats are limited and reserved
• Resources and batches are planned in advance

4. Cancellation Before Course Start

If cancellation is requested before the program begins, Netri may offer:

• A partial refund, or
• Credit for a future batch

This is subject to approval and timing of the request.

5. Missed Classes

• Missed sessions are not eligible for refund.
• Rescheduling or make-up classes may be offered based on availability.

6. Batch Transfers

• Students may request a transfer to another batch (subject to availability).
• This helps accommodate scheduling conflicts without financial loss.

7. Exceptional Cases

In genuine cases (such as medical emergencies or relocation), Netri may:

• Offer partial refunds, or
• Provide course credit

Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

8. Workshops & Short Programs

• Fees for workshops or short-term programs are non-refundable once booked.
• Rescheduling may be allowed depending on availability.
